Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el legislador afirm\u00f3 que no descansar\u00e1 hasta ver tras las rejas al gerente de la instituci\u00f3n, el Dr. Hoyos, as\u00ed como a otros funcionarios presuntamente implicados en diversas irregularidades. Seg\u00fan Pacheco, estas acciones responden a la indignaci\u00f3n provocada por la precaria situaci\u00f3n de los afiliados, quienes enfrentan desabastecimiento de medicamentos, falta de atenci\u00f3n y escasez de reactivos en medio de la crisis sanitaria.\u200b Entre los casos expuestos, el diputado detall\u00f3 la existencia de denuncias por sobreprecio en la compra de tres tom\u00f3grafos valorados en 45 millones de bolivianos, cobros irregulares para la asignaci\u00f3n de \u00edtems y contratos, y el presunto cobro de un diezmo de 3,1 millones de bolivianos para no rescindir la licitaci\u00f3n de un hospital en Cochabamba.
