Y por 100.000 litros llega a Bs 820.000. El decreto plantea 8 riesgos: arbitraje de precios, desv\u00edo desde surtidores, corrupci\u00f3n en la cadena, \u201ccambio de destino\u201d de cargamentos, un nuevo precio de referencia para la reventa ilegal, falsos \u201cgrandes consumidores\u201d, manipulaci\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes y corrupci\u00f3n durante el cierre de la ANH y la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva entidad.Las preguntas que quedan sin respuesta son directas: \u00bfC\u00f3mo se impedir\u00e1 que el di\u00e9sel barato termine en el mercado caro? \u00bfQui\u00e9n controla cada litro que sale de un surtidor? \u00bfExiste trazabilidad real desde YPFB hasta el consumidor final?
