La medida busca frenar el contrabando y las largas filas en los surtidores.Seg\u00fan el Ejecutivo, el di\u00e9sel barato era comprado en Bolivia y revendido en la frontera a m\u00e1s de Bs 15 y hasta Bs 20, generando un negocio millonario para mafias. Con el nuevo precio referencial alineado al costo real de importaci\u00f3n, \u201cse cierra el margen que alimentaba el contrabando\u201d, se\u00f1ala el decreto. YPFB ven\u00eda comprando el combustible caro y en d\u00f3lares para venderlo barato en bolivianos, agotando su capital.
