Mendoza enfatiz\u00f3 que esta propuesta busca \u00abdesmontar el Estado tranca\u00bb para potenciar el sector, proyectando la generaci\u00f3n de 3.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en divisas y 300.000 empleos adicionales de forma anual a partir del quinto a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n.\u200b Durante la entrevista, Mendoza destac\u00f3 que Bolivia posee un inmenso potencial basado en su biodiversidad y riqueza cultural, pero advirti\u00f3 que la burocracia estatal y las trabas en controles fronterizos y visados frenan el ingreso de visitantes.
