La parlamentaria advirti\u00f3 que no se puede apresurar el tratamiento de una norma de tal magnitud sin antes analizar a detalle si toca aspectos estructurales o constitucionales, se\u00f1alando que la prisa legislativa y la falta de debate transparente pueden derivar en conflictos sociales e inseguridad jur\u00eddica.\u200bAsimismo, la legisladora del PDC enfatiz\u00f3 que cualquier planteamiento para retornar al arbitraje internacional debe tratarse con cautela, aprendiendo de las experiencias pasadas del Estado boliviano en esta materia.
