Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, remarc\u00f3 que el problema central radica en la falta de capacidad operativa del Estado para ejercer un control efectivo en las fronteras y evitar el desabastecimiento interno que afecta a la poblaci\u00f3n.\u200b Asimismo, Bravo cuestion\u00f3 las cifras oficiales de desocupaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds, calific\u00e1ndolas de enga\u00f1osas al no reflejar la calidad del empleo.
