El mandamiento judicial enviado al gobernador del penal instruye su liberaci\u00f3n inmediata \u00absiempre y cuando no estuviere detenido por otra causa\u00bb. Hasta ahora la justicia no dio explicaciones p\u00fablicas sobre los motivos de la medida.Zeballos es investigado por tr\u00e1fico de sustancias controladas, asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa y confabulaci\u00f3n, tras el esc\u00e1ndalo de las 31 maletas que llegaron a Viru Viru en un vuelo ch\u00e1rter. De esas valijas solo 4 fueron recuperadas y estaban vac\u00edas.
