Sostuvo que el objetivo final es establecer condiciones para crecer y poder cumplir con las obligaciones financieras.Consultado sobre en cu\u00e1nto tiempo Bolivia podr\u00eda cumplir esas se\u00f1ales, aclar\u00f3 que no es inmediato y que el desembolso depende de mostrar avances consistentes en esa ruta, aunque varios pasos ya se dieron antes del acuerdo, como el alineamiento de precios por el retiro de subvenciones en hidrocarburos y alimentos y el reordenamiento del mercado cambiario hacia un tipo de cambio \u00fanico para el d\u00f3lar. Destac\u00f3 que la inflaci\u00f3n anualizada baj\u00f3 de 20% el a\u00f1o pasado a alrededor de 10% actualmente y que, si bien la consolidaci\u00f3n total tomar\u00e1 dos a tres a\u00f1os, ya existen
