El punto m\u00e1s sensible es el pedido de coparticipaci\u00f3n del 50% del Impuesto a las Transacciones, que solicitan sea incluido en el Presupuesto General del Estado 2027. El pliego tambi\u00e9n demanda la abrogaci\u00f3n de normas que asignan competencias sin recursos, la transferencia de instituciones como Senarecom, Ecebol y Sergeomin, y la conformaci\u00f3n de una mesa t\u00e9cnica para preparar la reuni\u00f3n convocada por el presidente Rodrigo Paz en agosto. En el encuentro participaron los gobernadores de Santa Cruz, Juan Pablo Velasco; Chuquisaca, Luis Ayllon; Tarija, Mar\u00eda Ren\u00e9 Soruco; Beni, Jes\u00fas \u00c9g\u00fcez; Oruro, \u00c9dgar S\u00e1nchez; y el anfitri\u00f3n de La Paz, Luis Revilla. Pando envi\u00f3 una representante.
