Un diagn\u00f3stico oficial revela que 14 firmas estatales, entre ellas Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos (YLB), Mi Telef\u00e9rico, Boliviana de Aviaci\u00f3n (BOA), el Mut\u00fan, Ecebol, Emapa y Envibol, atraviesan una situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica cr\u00edtica pese a haber recibido Bs 26.382,5 millones del Estado en cr\u00e9ditos, aportes de capital y donaciones.Ante el desbalance, el Ministerio de la Presidencia y la OFEP instruyeron a los ministerios de tuici\u00f3n presentar de forma inmediata un plan de acci\u00f3n para cada empresa. El plan deber\u00e1 definir \u201cqu\u00e9 se va a hacer, de qu\u00e9 manera y en cu\u00e1nto tiempo\u201d. Seg\u00fan el ministro Jos\u00e9 Luis Lupo, el destino ser\u00e1 diferenciado: un grupo ser\u00e1 reestructurado y transparentado, otro pasar\u00e1 a esquemas p\u00fablico-privados y las que solo \u201cconsumen recursos de los bolivianos\u201d deber\u00e1n cerrarse. \u201cFue un error hist\u00f3rico, una estafa para el pa\u00eds. 26.000 millones es una cifra inimaginable. Con esa plata se pod\u00edan construir hospitales, escuelas o programas contra la pobreza\u201d, sostuvo Lupo.
