Seg\u00fan la autoridad, las pericias realizadas en Bolivia y en el exterior dieron falso positivo, por lo que no se pudo confirmar el tr\u00e1fico de sustancias controladas.Mariaca defendi\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda actuar\u00e1 con responsabilidad y no destruir\u00e1 la reputaci\u00f3n de empresarios madereros con m\u00e1s de 20 y 30 a\u00f1os de trayectoria sin indicios s\u00f3lidos. Anunci\u00f3 que si aparecen pruebas se imputar\u00e1 y aprehender\u00e1, pero si no se demuestra el delito, la denuncia ser\u00e1 rechazada.
