El exgeneral, principal acusado por el Gobierno de Luis Arce de encabezar la asonada militar, deber\u00e1 cumplir medidas sustitutivas: arresto en su domicilio, presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico y el pago de una fianza. Su abogado, Eduardo Le\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 que los requisitos se cumplir\u00e1n en un plazo de 72 horas.Z\u00fa\u00f1iga permanec\u00eda recluido en el penal de El Abra, en Cochabamba. Este lunes fue trasladado a La Paz para declarar ante el tribunal y participar en la audiencia de cesaci\u00f3n. Mientras se concreta su salida, ser\u00e1 alojado en el penal de San Pedro.
