El que considera m\u00e1s favorable es un \u00abajuste al alza del d\u00f3lar gradual y ordenado\u00bb, acompa\u00f1ado de ingreso de recursos externos. Bajo esa v\u00eda, se\u00f1ala el informe, \u00abla brecha entre el tipo de cambio oficial y el USDT es m\u00ednima\u00bb, mejora la competitividad y \u00abel impacto duele, pero es manejable\u00bb.En contraste, CAINCO advierte que sostener el tipo de cambio actual quemando divisas genera un d\u00f3lar \u00abrezagado respecto a su nivel procompetitividad\u00bb. Ese escenario agota los d\u00f3lares y acumula desequilibrios que derivar\u00edan en una devaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s abrupta a futuro. Un tercer escenario plantea un ajuste fiscal marginal y un acuerdo con el FMI con menores desembolsos, lo que provocar\u00eda que \u00abel d\u00f3lar suba m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y abrupto\u00bb ante una demanda creciente.El an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n aborda el frente fiscal. Propone no aplicar rebajas impositivas que afecten los ingresos del Estado, reprogramar pagos de cr\u00e9ditos sin anularlos y valorar la reducci\u00f3n de grav\u00e1menes arancelarios a importaciones.En materia de crecimiento, CAINCO sostiene que Bolivia ya hab\u00eda ingresado en fase recesiva antes de los bloqueos de mayo y junio. Con base en la evoluci\u00f3n del PIB, proyecta que la econom\u00eda podr\u00eda decrecer 3% o m\u00e1s este a\u00f1o, aunque otras estimaciones son m\u00e1s pesimistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
