Dos de sus abogados aseguraron que la presunta v\u00edctima present\u00f3 un memorial ante el tribunal se\u00f1alando que \u00abno hubo v\u00edctima ni delito\u00bb. Wilfredo Ch\u00e1vez, abogado del expresidente, indic\u00f3 que con ese documento la conducta de Morales \u00abno se acomoda a los requisitos de ese tipo penal\u00bb y solicit\u00f3 al Tribunal de Sentencia desestimar la acusaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico. La Fiscal\u00eda imput\u00f3 a Morales en 2024 por una presunta relaci\u00f3n con una menor de 15 a\u00f1os en 2015, cuando ejerc\u00eda como presidente.
