Seg\u00fan el experto, este proceso \u2014que vincula con presuntas exigencias de devaluaci\u00f3n monetaria por parte del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI)\u2014 derivar\u00e1 en que la infraestructura de Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) pase a ser operada por firmas particulares sin requerir inversi\u00f3n propia.\u200bMoreira cuestiona con dureza la falta de transparencia del Gobierno al no socializar esta estrategia de manera franca con la poblaci\u00f3n, recurriendo en su lugar a lo que califica como demagogia y acciones \u00aba espaldas del pueblo\u00bb.
