El informe \u201cEntre la vulnerabilidad y la oportunidad\u201d advierte que m\u00e1s del 60% de la juventud de la regi\u00f3n sufre \u201cansiedad digital\u201d y que pasar m\u00e1s de 3 horas diarias en redes duplica el riesgo de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n.
