El empresario explic\u00f3 que ahora convivir\u00e1n dos reg\u00edmenes de venta: uno estatal con tarifa baja y otro privado con precio libre, para que el p\u00fablico elija entre \u201cprecio m\u00e1s bajo o acceso m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido\u201d. Doria Medina dijo que el sistema \u201cpuede funcionar\u201d si el Gobierno logra controlar que el combustible estatal no se desv\u00ede al mercado privado, aunque admiti\u00f3 que vigilarlo \u201ctendr\u00e1 un costo administrativo\u201d.
