Para que esa premisa se sostenga y no genere preocupaci\u00f3n en quienes contrataron con el d\u00f3lar de 6,96 bolivianos, el Gobierno debe garantizar control estricto de la brecha cambiaria de 10 centavos en el mercado minorista, fiscalizar que bancos y casas de cambio no se desv\u00eden, y usar las reservas del Banco Central solo para evitar subidas descontroladas, tal como advirti\u00f3 el ministro de econom\u00eda.En paralelo, se requiere certidumbre legal para los contratos viejos mediante una norma transitoria que defina c\u00f3mo se ajustan cr\u00e9ditos, alquileres e importaciones pactadas al tipo de cambio fijo, evitando que la incertidumbre recaiga solo en los deudores. El Ejecutivo tambi\u00e9n debe asegurar oferta con la repatriaci\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares de exportadores, la canalizaci\u00f3n de remesas al tipo de cambio oficial y trasladar a precios la baja del petr\u00f3leo. A eso debe sumarse comunicaci\u00f3n diaria y sin tecnicismos que muestre por qu\u00e9 el d\u00f3lar se mantiene por debajo de los 10 bolivianos.
