Un juzgado rechaz\u00f3 este jueves su solicitud de cesaci\u00f3n a la detenci\u00f3n preventiva dentro del Caso Maletas, por considerar insuficiente la prueba presentada por la defensa. Rojas cumple 150 de los 180 d\u00edas de detenci\u00f3n preventiva dictados en enero y su abogado David Ch\u00e1vez anunci\u00f3 apelaci\u00f3n inmediata ante el argumento de insuficiencia probatoria.En la misma audiencia cautelar mixta, la jueza a cargo determin\u00f3 ampliar por 60 d\u00edas adicionales la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del exjuez Hebert Zeballos, al persistir riesgos procesales. Ambos imputados participaron de forma virtual desde Palmasola.
