La medida tendr\u00e1 \u201cefecto inmediato\u201d y beneficiar\u00e1 a turismo, gremiales, artesanos, cuentapropistas, empresarios y otros sectores productivos asfixiados por 39 d\u00edas de bloqueos.El Presidente promulg\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n junto a la Ley de Estados de Excepci\u00f3n y asegur\u00f3 que busca aliviar el golpe econ\u00f3mico que ya dej\u00f3 $us 2.340 millones en p\u00e9rdidas.
