La medida deja fuera a trabajadores informales y familias de bajos ingresos, que ven c\u00f3mo el programa creado en 2013 para acercar la casa propia termin\u00f3 fuera de su alcance.La cartera de Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social cay\u00f3 de Bs 31.845 millones en 2023 a Bs 29.270 millones este a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan la ASFI.
