La ministra de Salud, Marcela Flores, confirm\u00f3 que una turista belice\u00f1a de 56 a\u00f1os y un comunario de Guanay con falla renal aguda murieron al no poder llegar a tiempo a un centro m\u00e9dico por los cierres de v\u00edas, mientras un ni\u00f1o de El Alto perdi\u00f3 cuatro dedos al manipular una bomba molotov lanzada en medio de las protestas.La crisis se agrava con cuatro cisternas de ox\u00edgeno l\u00edquido varadas en Desaguadero, Konani y Sica Sica, poniendo en riesgo a pacientes en terapia intensiva y con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas. A esto se suma otro menor de 9 a\u00f1os herido por la explosi\u00f3n de un petardo en San Roque, y un maestro con una herida en la cabeza tras los enfrentamientos en La Paz. La ministra alert\u00f3 que al menos seis vidas est\u00e1n en juego: pacientes con apendicitis, insuficiencia renal, cetoacidosis, tromboembolia pulmonar y crisis convulsivas no logran llegar a los hospitales por los cortes de ruta.
