La mujer, hoy de 27 a\u00f1os y con refugio diplom\u00e1tico en Argentina, sostiene que \u201cno existi\u00f3 ning\u00fan hecho il\u00edcito\u201d, cuestiona la acusaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda, pide nulidad de la apertura del juicio y rechaza la representaci\u00f3n del Sepdavi. Ruiz aclar\u00f3 que mientras el juicio oral no se reinstale, el tribunal no puede resolver memoriales: \u201cEsto queda suspendido hasta que en alg\u00fan momento se instale y resuelva lo solicitado\u201d. La audiencia prevista para este lunes fue suspendida por la ausencia de Morales.
