La misma medida alcanza a Idelsa Pozo Saavedra, madre de la presunta v\u00edctima, quien tambi\u00e9n tiene mandamiento de aprehensi\u00f3n y arraigo. El presidente del TDJ, Luis Esteban Ortiz, confirm\u00f3 que la audiencia fijada para las 8:00 se suspendi\u00f3 sin fecha hasta que haya \u201caprehensi\u00f3n o comparecencia voluntaria\u201d de los acusados. El tribunal esper\u00f3 un tiempo prudencial, pero Morales no acudi\u00f3 ni envi\u00f3 abogados para justificar su ausencia.
