Seg\u00fan el legajo del caso, la Fiscal\u00eda acusa a Morales de haber sostenido una relaci\u00f3n con una menor de edad con quien supuestamente tuvo una hija en 2016, cuando a\u00fan era mandatario. El fiscal general Roger Mariaca confirm\u00f3 que una comisi\u00f3n de fiscales viaj\u00f3 a Tarija para sustentar la acusaci\u00f3n con m\u00e1s de 170 pruebas, mientras la defensa de Morales, encabezada por Wilfredo Ch\u00e1vez, anunci\u00f3 que no asistir\u00e1 porque \u201cno fue notificado siguiendo los procedimientos\u201d y calific\u00f3 el proceso como \u201cpersecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica\u201d.
