Los recursos, calificados como \u201cdinero fresco\u201d, ingresar\u00e1n al Banco Central en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas y se destinar\u00e1n a reforzar reservas, sostener la pol\u00edtica monetaria y financiar salud, educaci\u00f3n y proyectos regionales.
