Gary Robert Gunther Maidana, jefe de Operaciones de YPFB La Paz, confirm\u00f3 que los cortes carreteros impiden el tr\u00e1nsito normal de camiones cisterna hacia la Planta Senkata, frenando tanto la llegada de importaciones como la salida de unidades para distribuci\u00f3n. La restricci\u00f3n ya provoca una ca\u00edda en el flujo regular de cisternas y afecta la recepci\u00f3n, despacho y reposici\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes para La Paz, El Alto y las provincias.
