Cox insiste en que \u201cno se le ha podido comprobar un solo delito\u201d y que la presunta v\u00edctima, Cindy Sara\u00ed V.P., present\u00f3 \u201cm\u00e1s de cinco memoriales\u201d negando ser v\u00edctima de abuso o trata. Calific\u00f3 el proceso de \u201carmado, tramado y forzado\u201d por los gobiernos de Luis Arce y Rodrigo Paz para \u201cestigmatizar\u201d a Morales. Sin embargo, la Fiscal\u00eda sostiene que hay m\u00e1s de 200 pruebas: viajes al exterior en 79 ocasiones entre 2015 y 2019 de Cindy, su hija y su madre junto a Morales, un certificado de nacimiento de 2016 que registra al exmandatario como padre, y beneficios laborales para familiares de la v\u00edctima en cargos p\u00fablicos. La acusaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que Cindy ten\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os cuando inici\u00f3 la captaci\u00f3n y cursaba secundaria al embarazarse. Las tres mujeres hoy son refugiadas en Argentina desde agosto de 2025.
