La Fiscal\u00eda alista m\u00e1s de 200 pruebas para sustentar que en 2015 mantuvo una relaci\u00f3n con una menor de 15 a\u00f1os, quien en 2016 dio a luz a una ni\u00f1a registrada en Yacuiba como hija del exmandatario. Tras destaparse el caso, la presunta v\u00edctima Cindy Sara\u00ed V.P., su hija y su madre Idesla P.S. huyeron del pa\u00eds y obtuvieron refugio en Argentina en agosto de 2025. La madre tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 acusada y deber\u00e1 comparecer en la audiencia.
