Oviedo culp\u00f3 a los \u201cfiltros de validaci\u00f3n\u201d y a la falta de alertas en tiempo real, pero su versi\u00f3n choca con sus propias declaraciones: antes hab\u00eda dicho que orden\u00f3 investigar los primeros d\u00edas de diciembre. El ministro admiti\u00f3 que la FELCN pas\u00f3 los canes y no detect\u00f3 drogas, y que Migraci\u00f3n no vio anomal\u00edas porque no hab\u00eda alertas vigentes. El dato que incendia el esc\u00e1ndalo: la exdiputada Laura Rojas us\u00f3 su pasaporte diplom\u00e1tico vencido hace 20 d\u00edas para que las 32 maletas ingresaran como valija diplom\u00e1tica sin revisi\u00f3n. Oviedo apunt\u00f3 a la Aduana: \u201cEn ning\u00fan momento report\u00f3 este hecho\u201d y confirm\u00f3 que no se verific\u00f3 el contenido. Tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que una alerta policial de Brasil del mismo 29 de noviembre nunca lleg\u00f3 a su despacho y que reci\u00e9n supo el 13 de febrero.
