La audiencia para resolver este recurso fue convocada para el 16 de abril de 2026, y adem\u00e1s, se activaron medidas precautorias, incluyendo la suspensi\u00f3n de toda proclamaci\u00f3n por parte del TSE hasta que se resuelva el caso.Yahuasi argumenta que el TSE ha actuado de manera ilegal en relaci\u00f3n con las resoluciones 064\/2026 y 1266\/2026. La resoluci\u00f3n 064\/2026 acept\u00f3 la declinatoria del partido NGP para la segunda vuelta y proclam\u00f3 a Luis Revilla como gobernador de La Paz. La resoluci\u00f3n 1266\/2026 declar\u00f3 improcedente un recurso de revisi\u00f3n presentado por Yahuasi para ser habilitado en la segunda vuelta.El abogado de Yahuasi, Daniel Tintaya, inform\u00f3 que el TSE ya fue notificado de la admisi\u00f3n del amparo y de las medidas precautorias, y afirm\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n busca dejar sin efecto las decisiones del TSE relacionadas con la segunda vuelta en La Paz.
