Las j\u00f3venes mujeres son las m\u00e1s afectadas, con niveles de infelicidad y ansiedad m\u00e1s altos vinculados a la comparaci\u00f3n social y estereotipos en redes.La \u00abRegla de las 4 Horas\u00bb es clara: superar las 4 horas diarias frente al celular duplica el riesgo de padecer depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad. La edad de inicio es cr\u00edtica: recibir un smartphone antes de los 13 a\u00f1os impacta negativamente en el bienestar psicol\u00f3gico y la resiliencia emocional en la adultez joven.
