La clase media est\u00e1 \u00abherida\u00bb, pero los j\u00f3venes son quienes est\u00e1n recibiendo el impacto de una econom\u00eda que ya no genera las oportunidades de ascenso social de la d\u00e9cada pasada. El \u00abt\u00edtulo de adorno\u00bb es la nueva realidad: tener un t\u00edtulo universitario no garantiza un empleo formal. Muchos graduados terminan en el sector informal, con salarios que apenas cubren la canasta b\u00e1sica (Bs 2,750).La frustraci\u00f3n es palpable. Los j\u00f3venes de 2026 crecieron viendo una Bolivia en bonanza (2006-2019) y esperaban ese mismo ritmo de consumo. Al encontrarse con una econom\u00eda en contracci\u00f3n, el optimismo se erosiona: m\u00e1s del 60% de los j\u00f3venes urbanos considera que su nivel de vida ser\u00e1 peor que el de sus padres. La \u00abfuga de cerebros\u00bb es una realidad: un repunte migratorio hacia pa\u00edses vecinos o Europa, buscando estabilidad monetaria. El refugio digital es otra opci\u00f3n: trabajar como freelancers para el exterior, aunque las restricciones bancarias para recibir divisas en Bolivia al tipo de cambio oficial les restan competitividad.El riesgo social es alto: esta masa de j\u00f3venes frustrados representa un \u00abbono demogr\u00e1fico desperdiciado\u00bb.
