Las nuevas comisiones para giros al exterior establecen bandas tarifarias que van desde el costo del corresponsal internacional para montos de hasta 1.000 d\u00f3lares, hasta un 20% para transferencias en otras monedas extranjeras mayores a 1.000 d\u00f3lares.Las transferencias destinadas a salud y educaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n una comisi\u00f3n fija del 3%, mientras que varios servicios financieros b\u00e1sicos continuar\u00e1n siendo gratuitos.
