Pati\u00f1o cuestiona que la norma no fue socializada con legisladores ni con peque\u00f1os propietarios, y advierte que afecta a las familias campesinas y pone en riesgo su \u00fanico patrimonio.La diputada del PDC considera que la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley fue apresurada y sin consenso, y que puede beneficiar a grandes empresarios en detrimento de la agricultura familiar.
