La estatal petrolera hab\u00eda establecido acuerdos con el sector para atender casos a trav\u00e9s del Sistema de Registro y Evaluaci\u00f3n de Contingencias (SREC), pero estos fueron ignorados.YPFB prioriz\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n directa a las organizaciones del transporte, incluyendo la Federaci\u00f3n Departamental de Ch\u00f3feres 1ro de Mayo y otras 8 federaciones, logrando avances en la atenci\u00f3n a los afectados.
