Seg\u00fan las denuncias, un sargento habr\u00eda cobrado 15 mil bolivianos a los propietarios de un veh\u00edculo interceptado en ese municipio y se dirig\u00eda a la oficina de Balderrama para entregar el dinero.El abogado Boris Espinoza, representante legal del teniente denunciante, pidi\u00f3 que el coronel Balderrama sea imputado y enviado a la c\u00e1rcel, asegurando que las pruebas apuntan directamente a \u00e9l como el principal beneficiario de la extorsi\u00f3n.En horas pasadas en Balderrama fue detenido y posteriormente liberado por el fiscal a cargo del caso.
