Ellefsen present\u00f3 una demanda de inhabilitaci\u00f3n ante el Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) con documentos que prueban que Revilla se declar\u00f3 clandestino en 2022 y tuvo un sello rojo de Interpol.La demanda sostiene que Revilla no tiene justificaci\u00f3n legal para su ausencia del pa\u00eds y que su candidatura es un fraude a la ley electoral.
