El secretario ejecutivo de la COB, Mario Argollo, expres\u00f3 su decepci\u00f3n y advirti\u00f3 que si el Gobierno promulga el decreto de manera unilateral, se estar\u00eda incumpliendo el acuerdo y las bases tomar\u00e1n medidas.Argollo record\u00f3 que la COB cumpli\u00f3 con levantar los bloqueos y ahora espera que el Gobierno cumpla con su parte del acuerdo.
