La iniciativa, impulsada por el Centro Multidisciplinario de Investigaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n (CMIC), busca beneficiar a 15.000 personas privadas de libertad.El plan prev\u00e9 el uso de dispositivos para 10.000 personas que cometieron un primer delito y 5.000 sentenciadas con buen comportamiento, y ser\u00eda autofinanciado mediante un aporte mensual de 60 bolivianos.
