La presunta v\u00edctima, Noem\u00ed Meneses Ch\u00e1vez, habr\u00eda sido trasladada por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea desde los 14 a\u00f1os a distintos destinos del pa\u00eds para sostener encuentros \u00edntimos con Morales.Seg\u00fan la denuncia, Meneses realiz\u00f3 al menos 37 viajes a\u00e9reos para reunirse con Morales, varios de ellos sin cumplir los requisitos legales exigidos para menores de edad. La acusaci\u00f3n describe una presunta \u00aborganizaci\u00f3n criminal\u00bb que facilit\u00f3 los traslados y encubri\u00f3 los encuentros.Entre los c\u00f3mplices figuran el exgerente de Boliviana de Aviaci\u00f3n (BoA), Ronald Casso, y otros funcionarios y exfuncionarios p\u00fablicos.
