Durante un operativo realizado el 12 de diciembre en varias regiones, incluyendo La Paz, Oruro, Cochabamba y Santa Cruz, se detect\u00f3 que estos dispositivos no cumplen con las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas requeridas y, en el caso de Palmasola, incluso est\u00e1n cerrados en puntos no autorizados, lo que podr\u00eda facilitar el desv\u00edo de combustible. La directora ejecutiva de la ANH, Margot Ayala, advirti\u00f3 que los precintos actuales presentan dos orificios en lugar de uno, lo que compromete su funci\u00f3n de seguridad, y que en Palmasola se utilizan en la ranura incorrecta, dejando vulnerable el proceso de aseguramiento del combustible.
