Nina afirma que la aprehensi\u00f3n, realizada por agentes masculinos, no cumpli\u00f3 con el art\u00edculo 297 del proceso penal, que especifica que las detenciones deben ser ejecutadas por funcionarios del mismo sexo que la persona arrestada.
