La Sala Plena del Tribunal Agroambiental admiti\u00f3 este jueves una acci\u00f3n ambiental preventiva presentada en julio por autoridades ind\u00edgenas, ordenando la suspensi\u00f3n inmediata de todas las actividades mineras fuera de las \u00e1reas autorizadas por la Autoridad Jurisdiccional Administrativa Minera (AJAM). La resoluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n paraliza concesiones mineras que no hayan obtenido la consulta previa, libre e informada, garantizando as\u00ed la participaci\u00f3n de las comunidades afectadas. La decisi\u00f3n, basada en pruebas de monitoreo ind\u00edgena que evidencian contaminaci\u00f3n por metales pesados, aceites y s\u00f3lidos en el r\u00edo Madre de Dios, representa un precedente sin precedentes para la regi\u00f3n amaz\u00f3nica y el pa\u00eds.
